Mexican- Amigo.
Ricardo Gonzales was born in Mexico the other side of the border of USA.As most of the Mexicans have dream to cross the border for better life and get in to USA either legally or illegally. There are different ways to cross the border.Recordo cross the border through desert for many days, without water, food and did not be shot by border petrol. As many maxican he is also uneducated, but getting job was not a big deal, he started working for construction company day to day besis.He has to work every day for different company.Any way he started making money six dollar an hour.Staying with all other Amigos in single bed room apartment so they can share the rent.So they could save more money, to send back to Mexico.
At least this is good thing in America, as long as you are working hard, not creating problems and not breaking the law then you are fine, since it is country of immigrants and the ‘American Dream’ is still valid. Now Ricardo is working for long in the country, slowly he is getting his family in USA one by one. Trying to realize that American Dream as fast as possible. Not only from Mexico but also from other Latin countries hundreds of thousand immigrants in USA.It is big population of Latinos is growing faster than all other minority groups. Within few years Hispanics will take over to the blaks.Getting attention from the white house for the election to get Latino votes, president Bush is the first president to air his weekly radio address in Spanish..
Now Amigo is happy with his family, he got every thing whatever he has dreamed for, dream come true.
